Barry Lynch, Founder/ M&A Director
Barry Lynch is a seasoned entrepreneur with more than 33 years of experience in business. Having left school to begin his career by setting up a business and build within the franchise sector, then decided to exit and start all over again to build and franchise another business. Barry has extensive experience in property spading to different countries, retail, marketing, social media, franchising & licensing. Since 2019, Barry has being helping other business owners and entrepreneurs. In 2021 he exited the serviced industry and being associated with coaching, consulting, joint ventures and M&A.
Nicholas Sadocha, Founder/ Business Development Manager
Nick Sadocha attended West Chester University, followed by Columbia University where he studied Business, specialising in M&A. Nick began his career identifying roll up opportunities in the following: home health agencies, medical labs, dental labs and clinical medical staffing agencies. During this period, Nick made sure to associate himself with competent, well respected industry leaders to form an investment group. Nick did so to be able to capitalise on what he perceived to be an ideal time and opportunity to enter the Healthcare market in the United States. Nick made the acquaintance of two individuals, where they conjointly worked on roll-ups in the Healthcare market. Throughout this period of sifting through hundreds of acquisition candidates, speaking with sellers, negotiating and financing, Nick has gained his proficiency in mergers and acquisitions, negotiations, valuation, deal structuring, debt and equity placement. Since 2020, Nick has been involved in the currency market, where he actively and profitably manages personal accounts as well as accounts with trading firms. Nick views the market statistically, understanding the difference between normal and abnormal for volatility, range and time period, facilitating a systematic process.
